Citizen's Bank 5K Summer Fun Run and Middletown Festival Announced

The festival features live music from the All in Band. The festival will also feature the Oddfellows street performer, a moonwalk and giant slide, clowns, balloon arches, face painting, a DJ along the 5K race course and extended hours at Kidcity Children's Museum (8:00 pm). Many Main Street merchants will stay open late and offer special promotions.
This year's 5K course again showcases Main Street and incorporates the historic Wesleyan campus. The first 500 5K  entrants will receive a technical running shirt. The noncompetitive 1/2 mile Kid's Run will precede the 5K race. Entry fees for Middletown children will be waived and all participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher's ribbon and a pass to Kidcity Children's Museum.
