Is there a limit to the number of gift cards that can be purchased?
No, purchase as many as you would like!

Is there a fee to purchase the gift card?
No fees!
Where is the gift card accepted?
The Downtown Business District gift card is accepted at over 65 locations and the list continues to grow. Please click here to see a listing of all the businesses that accept the gift card. These businesses are also noted in our Discover Main Street Middletown brochure.
Does the gift card ever expire?
The funds on the gift card never expire.
However, the plastic card does. If you have a card and it is past the Valid Thru Date, please notify the Downtown Business District Office and the card can be replaced for a $5.00 fee.
Are there different gift card designs available?
No, we love our signature Main Street card logo!
What happens to the unused remaining balance?
The balance is always yours. Gift Cards purchased in Connecticut do not expire.
What if the gift card is lost or stolen?
Please bring in your receipt to the Downtown Business District office and for a fee of $5.00 we will issue you a new card.
Do you store cardholder data?
We seek cardholder data however, it is not mandatory to purchase a gift card.
